The most difficult practice of all

The most difficult practice of all

Hello and welcome to your meditation practice. I am very happy to practice together and today we will sit for 10 minutes.

I often receive wonderful questions from you wonderful people. You want to know how to find true peace, achieve lasting happiness, and transcend sorrows. These are all excellent aspirations and I share them. However, there is one practice we need to master first and it is very difficult. Once we master it, then we can move onto peace, bliss, and so on. In this video I explain what it is.
